TICKETS

• Please note the following when you reserve and buy a ticket

  • You can reserve tickets for concerts (except for some performances)performed at Kyoto Concert Hall and ROHM Theatre Kyoto.
  • Tickets will not be refunded unless the performance is cancelled.
  • Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances (lost, damaged, etc).
  • Programs, artists or casts are subject to change in part, owing to unavoidable circumstances such as illness.

• How to buy tickets

  • Online (Concerts available online are limited)

    You can book and purchase tickets easily at any time.　You need your Order-Number in order to review your reservation and receive ticket. Please make a note of the number when you complete your reservation.

    Step1. Book your ticket

    Click on Buy Tickets and Select the performance.

    Step2. Pay by credit card

    Payment should be made at the time of reservation.

    Step3. Pick up your ticket

    Please show your Order-Number at the ticket reception on the day of the performance to pick up your ticket. The ticket reception will be open after doors open.
    
    * After your order has been successfully completed, an order confirmation email will be send to your registered email address. Please add “ticket@kyotoconcerthall.org” to your Address Book to ensure it gets delivered.
